Omega Residencia located at sharaqpur road is great society where development work is going so fast. Society already developed Block A and handed over its possession to the owners just within 2 years which shows that society is very keen to safeguard the money and time of the customers. The main lacuna I find out in the society is lack of approval of society from LDA. I talked to different property consultants regarding approval on which the consultants were so confident that society will soon get the approval from LDA.
