عائشہ گلالئی کے الزامات
آج عائشہ گلالئی نے چند ایک اینکرز کے پروگرامز میں اپنی طرف سے عمران خان پر لگائے گئے الزامات کے سلسلہ میں بات کی اور اپنے الزامات کو بے بنیاد ماننے سے انکارکرتے ہوئے کہا کہ تمام الزامات حقیقت پر مبنی ہیں۔ آئیے تھوڑی سی بات عائشہ گلالئی کے الزامات اور ان کی حقیقت پر بھی کر لیتے ہیں۔
1۔ عائشہ گلالئی نے اے آر وائی ٹی ویی پر کاشف عباسی سے بات کرتے ہوئے بالآخر یہ بات تسلیم کر لی کہ NA-1 کا ٹکٹ مانگا تھا لیکن ٹکٹ نہ دیا گیا۔ لیکن تھوڑی دیر بعد جب مبشر لقمان کے پروگرام میں گئیں تو وہاں پر کاشف عباسی کے پروگرام میں کہی گئی بات سے مکر گئیں اور کہا کہ NA-1کے ٹکٹ کی بات کاشف عباسی نے مجھ سے نکلوائی۔ حالانکہ انسان کےسے کوئی دوسرا وہی بات اگلوا سکتا ہے جو کہ سچ ہو۔کبھی بھی کوئی بھی شخص ہم سے ایسی بات نہیں اگلوا سکتا جو کہ ہم نے نہ کی ہو یا ہماری خواہش نہ ہو۔

مبشر لقمان سے بات کرتے ہوئے عائشہ گلالئی نے اس بات پر تو بہت زور دیا کہ عمران خان نے مجھے گندے میسجز کیے ہیں لیکن اس بات کا ثبوت دینے سے قطعاً انکار کر دیا۔
دوسری طرف عائشہ گلالئی نے امیرمقام اور پاکستان مسلم لیگ (ن) کو اس بات پر تو ہرجانے کا نوٹس بھیجنے کا دعویٰ کیا ہے کہ انہوں نے یہ بات کہی ہے کہ عائشہ گلالئی کی امیرمقام سے ملاقات ہوئی ہے اور امیر مقام کی دعوت پر عائشہ گلالئی نے ن لیگ میں شمولیت اختیار کرنے کا فیصلہ کر لیا ہے لیکن اپنے اس دعویٰ کے حق میں کوئی ثبوت پیش نہ کیا کہ بقول ان کے انہیں پی پی پی ، مسلم لیگ (ن) اور جماعت اسلامی کی طرف سے اپنی اپنی جماعتوں میں شمولیت کی دعوت دی جا رہی ہے۔
عائشہ گلالئی کی جس بات نے سب سے زیادہ اس کی کریڈیبیلیٹی کو خراب کیا ہے وہ اس کی طرف سے پی ٹی آئی چھوڑنے کے باوجود پی ٹی آئی کی طرف سے عنایت کردہ مخصوص نشست کو نہ چھوڑنے کا اعلان ہے۔ حالانکہ جب بھی کوئی بھی سیاست دان چاہے اس نے الیکشن لڑکر ہی سیٹ کیوں نہ جیتی ہو جب وہ پارٹی چھوڑتا ہے تو ساتھ میں اس سیٹ سے بھی استعفی دے دیتا ہے۔ لیکن نہ جانے عائشہ گلالئی کیسی غیرت منداوربااصول خاتون سیاست دان ہیں کہ 2013 میں بھیجے گئے عمران خان کے گندے میسج کے باوجود دودن پہلے تک وہ عمران خان سے ملاقات کرنے بنی گالہ تو چلی گئیں اور وہاں سے واپس آنے کے بعد انہیں یاد آیا کہ عمران خان ایک انتہائی گھٹیا کردار کا مالک ہے لہٰذا اسے پی ٹی آئی کو چھوڑ دینا چاہیے لیکن پی ٹی آئی کی طرف سے ملنے والی مخصوص نشست کو چھوڑنے کےلئے نہ تو عائشہ گلالئی کے ضمیر نے مجبور کیا اور نہ ہی ان کے اصولوں نے انہیں مجبور کیا کہ وہ پی ٹی آئی کی طرف سے ملنے والی سیٹ کو چھوڑ دیں۔

ناز بلوچ کے بعد پاکستان تحریک انصاف کی ایک اور خاتون رہنما عائشہ گلالئی نے بھی پی ٹی آئی کو چھوڑ دیا لیکن عائشہ گلالئی نے نازبلوچ کے برخلاف پارٹی چھوڑنے کے ساتھ ہی پریس کانفرنس کرتے ہوئے پی ٹی آئی کے چیئرمین عمران خان،خیبرپختونخواہ کے وزیراعلیٰ پرویز خٹک اور جہانگیرترین پر شدید قسم کے الزامات عائد۔ یہ الگ بات ہے کہ عائشہ 

گلالئی نے اپنے کسی بھی الزام کا کوئی بھی ثبوت پیش نہ کیا۔

جب سے عائشہ گلالئی نے پاکستان تحریک انصاف کو چھوڑنے کا اعلان کیا اور اس سلسلہ میں ایک پریس کانفرسن کی اور اپنی کانفرنس 

میں عمران خان پر بے تحاشا (اور میری ذاتی رائے کے مطابق پست الزامات)الزامات عائد کیے ہیں۔ اور کسی بھی الزام کا کوئی ثبوت پیش نہیں کیا حالانکہ اگر وہ سچے الزامات لگا رہی تھیں تو کم از کم اپنا موبائل فون دکھا کر اور پرویز خٹک کی کرپشن کے خلاف ثبوت، جو کہ بقول عائشہ گلالئی کے اس نے عمران خان کو پیش کیے، وہ میڈیا کے سامنے پیش کر سکتی تھی لیکن ایسا کچھ بھی نہی کیا۔ 

لیکن یہاں پر اس تحریر کا مقصد عائشہ گلالئی کے الزامات کی صحت پر بحث کرنا یا انہیں جھٹلانا نہیں ہے۔ بلکہ عائشہ گلالئی کی پریس کانفرنس کے بعد سے پی ٹی آئی کے ورکرز کی طرف سے سوشل میڈیا پر جاری ردعمل سے بحث کرنا ہے۔ میری اپنی پوسٹ پر بھی پی ٹی آئی کے ایک کارکن نے عائشہ گلالئی کی بہن کی ایک تصویر شئر کی ہے جس میں وہ سپورٹس ورک آؤٹ کے بعد اپنے کوچ(یا کسی آفیشل سے اپنے پاؤں دبوا رہی ہے) اور اسی طرح پی ٹی آئی کے پیجز اور گروپس میں عائشہ گلالئی کی بہن کی دوران سپورٹس مختلف تصاویر جن میں وہ مردوں کے ساتھ بیٹھی ہے یا کسی مرد آفیشل سے کسی نہ کسی چوٹ پر دوائی وغیرہ لگوا رہیے ، شیئر کررہے ہیں اور عائشہ گلالئی کو مسلسل ننگی گالیاں دے رہے ہیں اور ان کی بہن کو لے کر یہ اعلان کر رہے ہیں کہ عائشہ گلالئئی اور ان کا خاندان ایک انتہائی اخلاق باختہ اور گھٹیا خاندان ہے۔ میراپی ٹی آئی کے کارکنان اور لیڈرشپ سے یہ سوال ہے کہ کیا عائشہ گلالئی کی بہن شروع سے ہی ایسی تھی یا ابھی عائشہ گلالئی کی پریس کانفرنس کے بعد ہی وہ سپورٹس میں گئی ہے اور یہ حرکتیں کی ہیں؟ کل تک تو آپ لوگ عائشہ گلالئی کی تعریفوں میں زمین آسمان کے قلابے ملاتے نہیں تھکتے تھے اور ابھی اچانک ہی آپ کو اس کی بہن اور خاندان میں برائیاں کیوں نظر آنا شروع ہوگئی ہیں۔

پی ٹی آئی کا شروع دن سے یہ بہت بڑا المیہ رہا ہے کہ جو بھی پی ٹی آئی کی طرف داری نہ کرے یا پی ٹی آئی کو چھوڑے اس پر بےہودہ قسم کی الزام تراشی شروع کر دو اور اس کے خاندان کو لے کر طرح طرح کی الزام تراشی شروع کر دو۔

پی ٹی آئی کے اس رویہ کا نقصان اور کسی کو نہیں بلکہ سب سے زیادہ خود پی ٹی آئی کو ہی ہوگا اور ہو رہا ہے۔ عمران خان کو چاہیے کہ وہ اپنے ورکرز کی ان حرکتوں کا نوٹس لے بلکہ ورکرز کا نوٹس لینے سے پہلے خود اپنی ذات کو بھی خوداحتسابی کے عمل سے گزارے اور اپنا، اپنی پارٹی کے رہنماؤں اور کارکنان کی اخلاقی تربیت کرے ورنہ شائد اگلے انتخابات میں ہی کہیں پی ٹی آئی کا نام و نشان ہی نہ مٹ جائے اور نیا پاکستان بننے سے پہلے ہی ختم نہ ہو جائے۔

ابھی ابھی سپریم کورٹ سے نواز شریف کی نااہلی کی خوشی میں پاکستان تحریک انصاف کی طرف سے منعقدہ یومِ تشکر کے جلسہ سے عمران خان کا خطاب سن رہا ہوں۔ عمران خان نے قوم و جلسہ کے شرکاء سے وعدہ کیا ہے کہ ان کی نظر پنجاب کے گورنر ہاؤس پر ہے اور جیسے ہی تحریک انصاف کی حکومت آئے گی تو پنجاب کے گورنرہاؤس کو پبلک پارک، لائبریری یا میوزیم میں تبدیل کر دیا جائے گا اور اسے عوام کےلئے کھول دیا جائے گا۔ خان صاحب کی طرف سے یہ اعلان سن کر میری خوشی کا کوئی ٹھکانہ نہیں رہا اور ابھی سے میں خود کو ہواؤں میں اڑتا ہوا محسوس کر رہا ہوں کہ پنجاب کا گورنر ہاؤس ایک پبلک لائبریری میں تبدیل ہو جائے گا بلکہ میرے دل میں یہ خواہش انگڑائیاں لے رہی ہے کہ عمران خان کی خدمت میں یہ عرض کروں کہ گورنر ہاؤس کو صرف میوزیم یا لائبریری میں تبدیل نہ کریں بلکہ اسے میوزیم کم لائبریری کم ریسرچ سنٹر بنائیں جس میں ہماری تاریخ اور ثقافت پر ریسرچ ہو اور دنیا کو پاکستان کی ثقافت سے روشناس کروایا جا سکے اور اسی طرح پاکستان کی نوجوان نسل میں کتب بینی اور ریسرچ کا ایک نیا ولولہ اور شوق پیدا ہو جائے گا۔ 

لیکن

اگلے ہی لمحے خان صاحب نے جب پشاور کے گورنر ہاؤس کا تذکرہ کرتے ہوئے فرمایا کہ ان کی نظر پشاور، کراچی، نتھیا گلی اور مری کے گورنرہاؤسز پر بھی ہے۔اور وہ مری اور نتھیا گلی کے گورنرہاؤسز کو ہوٹلز میں تبدیل کرکے ان سے ملک کےلئے ریونیو اکٹھا کریں گے اور پشاور کے گورنر ہاؤس کو خواتین پارک میں تبدیل کر دیں گے۔

پشاور کے گورنر ہاؤس کا تذکرہ سن کر نہ جانے کیا ہوا کہ مجھے اپنے سارے خواب اور سپنے ٹوٹتے ہوئے محسوس ہوئے۔ اور میرے دماغ نے چیخ دل کی باتوں کو جھٹلانا شروع کر دیا اور چیخ چیخ کر یہ سوال کرنا شروع کر دیا کہ جب عمران خان ساڑھے چار سال میں پشاور کے گورنر ہاؤس کو خواتین پارک میں تبدیل نہیں کر سکے ہیں تو وہ پورے ملک میں موجود گورنرہاؤسز کو کیسے پبلک پلیسز میں تبدیل کر پائیں گے۔

ںہ جانے کیوں پشاور گورنرہاؤس کا تذکرہ سن کر میرے خواب چکنا چور ہوگئے ہیں۔

مجھے ایسا کیوں لگ رہا ہے کہ عمران خان کے وعدے بھی باقی سیاسی جماعتوں کے رہنماؤں کی طرح صرف وعدے ہی ہیں ان پر کوئی عمل نہیں ہو گا۔

نہ جانے کیوں؟ ۔۔۔۔۔۔ شاید میں منفی سوچ کا مالک ہوں کہ مجھے عمران خان کے وعدے وفا ہوتے نظر نہیں آرہے؟ 

کیا ہوا کہ عمران خان پچھلے ساڑھے چار سال میں پشاور کے گورنر ہاؤس کو خواتین پارک میں تبدیل نہیں کر سکے۔ شاید پشاور کی خواتین نے ہی ان سے درخواست کی ہو کہ ابھی انہیں خواتین پارک کی ضرورت نہیں ہے؟ شاید ایسا ہی ہو لیکن پتہ نہیں میرے جیسے منفی سوچ والے شخص کو عمران خان کی باتیں صرف جھوٹے وعدے ہی کیوں لگ رہے ہیں؟

سابق وزیراعظم نواز شریف نے مسلم لیگ (ن) کی پارلیمانی پارٹی کے اجلاس سے خطاب کے دوران کہنا تھا کہ اگرچہ اپنے آغازِ سیاست میں میں نظریاتی نہیں تھا لیکن حالات و واقعات نے مجھے نظریاتی بنا دیا ہے۔ اگرچہ یہ ایک انتہائی جذباتی بیان تو تصور کیا جا سکتا ہے لیکن نواز شریف صاحب کی یہ تقریر سن کر میرے دماغ میں ایک سوال راہ راہ کر اٹھ رہا ہے کہ اگر نواز شریف صاحب اس وقت مکمل طور پر نظریاتی ہو چکے ہیں اور خاندانی سیاست سے بالاتر ہو چکے ہیں تو کیا انہیں اپنی پوری پارٹی میں شہباز شریف صاحب کے علاوہ کوئی بھی شخص پنجاب کی وزارت اعلیٰ کےلئے موزوں نظر اکیوں نہیں آتا۔ کیا ن لیگ میں شریف فیملی کے علاوہ کوئی بھی شخص نظریاتی نہیں ہے اور سارے نظریات و پاکستان کے مفادات شریف فیملی کی حکومت اور عہدوں سے ہی کیوں منسلک ہے؟

نظریاتی پارٹیوں میں تو ایک ہی خاندان کی اجارہ داری نہییں ہوتی۔ یا تو اپنی پارٹی سے ناکارہ اور مفاد پرست لوگوں کو نکال کر نظریاتی اور اہل لوگوں کو شامل کریں تاکہ اکیلی شریف فیملی پر ہی سارے پاکستان کی خدمت کا بوجھ نہ پڑے یا پھر مان لیں کہ آپ کا نظریہ صرف اور صرف اقتدار ہے اور آپ کواپنے خاندان سے باہر اقتدار کا جانا کسی بھی صورت میں قبول نہیں ہے۔

2.Registration: The registration of a partnership concern is not compulsory. There are certain privileges given to the registered firms which are denied to unregistered ones. These privileges indirectly encourage registration.

3.Number of Members: A partnership can be started by at least two persons. The maximum number is ten in case of banking and insurance business and it is twenty for any other business.

4.    Legal Status: A partnership has no separate legal entity apart from its members. Members cannot enter into an agreement with the firm.

5.       Liability: The liability of partners is unlimited. The partners are jointly and separately responsible for the liabilities of the business.

6.       Transfer of Shares: A partner can transfer his share only with the consent of all other partners.

7.       Management and Control: A partnership concern is managed and controlled by the partners. The partners have a right to participate in the administration of business.

8.      Statutory Obligations: A partnership is not under statutory obligation fro the compliance of any rules and regulations. There is no compulsion to maintain certain books, get the accounts audited and to publish them.

9.       Continuity: A partnership concern is dissolved on the death or insolvency of a partner.

10.   Authority of Members: A partner can bin the firm by his acts. There is an implied authority. A partner is an agent of the firm.

11.    Winding Up: A partnership concern can be dissolved easily. No legal formalities are required for winding up a partnership firm.

Private Limited Company

1.       Private Limited Company is governed by the Companies Act, 1956

2.       Registration: The registration of a company is compulsory. There are two stages in registering private limited company, the first is ‘Incorporation’ and the second is ‘Commencement of Business’. A private limited company can start business after obtaining certificate of incorporation.

3.       Number of Members: There must be at least two persons for starting a private company and maximum number of members can be fifty.

4.       Legal Status: A Private Company has a separate legal entity. It has a common seal and can enter into contracts by affixing its seal. Members of the company can also enter into contract with the company.

5.       Liability: The liability of shareholders is limited to the value of shares held by them. The members are not personality liable for the obligations of the business.

6.       Transfer of Shares: A shareholder can sell his shares whenever he feels so. There is no binding no the transfer of shares of a company.

7.       Management and Control: A private company is managed by elected representatives of the shareholders.

8.      Statutory Obligations: A private company is required to maintain prescribed books and have a periodical audit. Some information has to be supplied periodically to the Registrar of Companies.

9.       Continuity: The continuity of a company is not affected by the death or insolvency of a member. The members may go on changing but the company will not be affected.

10.   Authority of Members: A shareholder has not implied authority to bind the company. A shareholder cannot act on behalf of company.

11.    Winding Up: A private company is wound up only through court. If the court is satisfied that there is a reasonable ground for winding up the company only then it is to be wound up. A proper procedure is also to be followed.

Before this, with the help of holiday the children recognizes the efforts of ALLAMA IQBAL because the children thinks that the ALLAMA IQBAL is hero of Pakistan thats why on birth day of ALLAMA IQBAL the whole Pakistan remain closed. There are also so many holidays in Pakistan but the GOP did nothing with these holidays. Benazir Murder Case | UN ready to return 2.3 Million Dollars to Pakistan

When Benazir Bhutto returns to Pakistan from London in 2007 after eight years self-imposed exile during which she spent her time in Dubai and London, she got serious life threats from Bait Ullah Mehsood that time TTP head. When she arrived on Karachi airport a flood of people come there to welcome here. A suicide attack was held in try to assassinate her. Luckily she remained safe but the bombing resulted in 180 deaths and more than 500 injuries. Most of the dead as well as injured persons were members of Pakistan Peoples Party who were there to welcome her.

This incident was known as Saneha Karsaz or Karsaz attack 2007.  On 19 October 2007, one day after the attack, Benazir in the press conference claim that her security team were unable to prevent her from that attack. On 23 October she wrote a letter to General Pervez Musharraf in which she suspected four military officials including Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi, Gen. Hamid Gul, former director of ISI, Ijaz Shah, director general of IB and one other premier military intelligence of Pakistan. Instead of taking any action against this Musharaf blamed Al-Qaeda and TTP for this suicide attack.

After that incident government tried its best that Benazir stop her political struggle specially her leading of rallies and public speeches claiming that she has life threats but Benazir refused to obligate govt. order and continue her political activities. As a result on 27 Dec 2007 while she leading a political rally at Liaqat Bagh Rawalpindi.

After her death, PPP won the elections held in January 2008 and make government at the center of Pakistan. When PPP comes into power they decided to get help from UN for the inquiry of that assassination. For this PPP government pay 3.5 million dollars to UN for their support in inquiry. But UN remained fail to provide facts about that assassination and could not find and provide any proper evidence about the master mind of that murder. Although it was believed that Fahid Mohammed Ally Msalam, Al-Qaeda’s Pakistan operation chief, was the mastermind of that assassination. Fahid Mslam was killed in drone strike in Pakistan on 1 January 2009. But UN could not provide any evidence in this claim. Now after the long term work and negotiation by Pakistan Commission at UN, UN is ready to payback 2.3 million dollars to Pakistan. UN also submit a request in which they requested a sorry to Pakistan Ambassador for UN Dr. Maliha Lodhi and promise to return 2.3 million dollar very soon.

HELICOPTER | HELICOPTER DESTROY IN LIBIA

In Libia the army helicopter destroy in which fourteen peoples killed including three cornels of Fajr Malaysia.  The helicopter is destroyed with Anti Craft Gun by unknown group. The army start search operation but still no one accepted the responsibility of this attack.

According to the UK news agency the representative of Army of Libia Mr. Sharka said that in the capital city of Tarablus  (Almaia) the unknown group  attack the helicopter with Anti Craft Gun and helicopter crash into the sea. The nineteen peoples were sitting in the helicopter in which fourteen peoples killed including three cornels of Fajr Malaysia. The army took out the dead bodies of all fourteen peoples from the helicopter said by Mr. Sharka.
