PAIN OF THE MOTHER

Abdullah Ibn Umar (R.A) once saw a man from Yemen carrying his mother on his back and going around the Kabah in his Tawaaf. Rather than showing any sign on complaint, the man was happy, repeating a line of poetry in which he likened himself to a camel his mother was mounting.

He looked at Abdullah Ibn Umar (R.A) and asked him whether by doing so, he has discharged his debt to his mother. 

Abdullah Ibn Umar (R.A) said, "No you have not even paid back one twinge of her labour pain when she gave birth to you."

May ALLAH grant our mothers the Highest ranks in Jannah. Aameen

والد کا رتبہ اور احترام !

باپ کا احترام کرو ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ تاکہ تمہاری اولاد تمہارا احترام کرے۔

باپ کی عزت کرو ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ تاکہ اس سے فیضیاب ہو سکو۔

باپ کا حکم مانو ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ تاکہ خوشحال ہوسکو۔

باپ کی سختی برداشت کرو ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ تاکہ باکمال ہو سکو۔

باپ کی باتیں غور سے سنو ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ تاکہ دوسروں کی نہ سننی پڑے۔

باپ کے سامنے اونچا مت بولو ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ورنہ اللہ تم کو نیچا کر دے گا۔

باپ کے سامنے نظر جھکا کر رکھو ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ تاکہ اللہ تمہیں دنیا میں بلند کر سکے۔

باپ ایک کتاب ہے ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ جس پر تجربات تحریر ہوتے ہیں۔

باپ ایک مقدس محافظ ہے ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ جو ساری زندگی خاندان کی نگرانی کرتا ہے.

پاکستان کے حالات، الله کا عذاب اور ہمارا فرض

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا 

جب لوگوں کا یہ حال ہو جائے کہ جب وہ برائی دیکھیں مگر اس کو صحیح کرنے کی کوشش نہ کریں

تو قریب ہے الله اپنے عذاب میں سب کو لپیٹ لے. 

الله کی قسم تم کو لازم ہے کہ بھلائی کا حکم دو اور برائی سے روکو.

ورنہ الله تم پر ایسے لوگ مسلط کر دے گا . جو تم میں سب سےزیادہ ذلیل ہونگے اور وہ تمہیں سخت تکلیف دیں گے.

پھر تمھارے نیک و کار دعائیں مانگیں گے مگر وہ قبول نہیں ہونگی.

MINI GOLF

It was a sunny saturday afternoon. My friend was taking his two little boys to play minituare golf. He walked up to the fellow at the ticket counter and said, "How much is it to get in?"

The young man replied, "£3.00 for you and £3.00 for any kid over the age of six. We let them in for free if they are six or younger. How old are they?"

My friend replied, "The one is three and the other is seven, so I guess I owe you £6.00."

The man at the ticket counter said, "Did you just win the lottery or something? You could have saved yourself thre pounds. You could have told me the older one is six. I wouldnt have known the difference."

"Yes, that may be true, but the kids would have known the difference."

What would you have done in that situation? What would you have taught them?

In challenging times when ethics are more important than ever before, mak sure we set a good example for everyone we work and live with, especially our young eyes and ears.

The Prophet (Peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Four traits whoever posesses them is a hypocrite and whoever posesses some of them has an element of hypocrisy until he leaves it; the one who when he speaks he lies, when he promises he breaks his promise, when he disputes he trangresses and when he makes an agreement he violates it." [Bukhari and Muslim]

THE SNAKE CATCHER

There was once a snake catcher who once went to thee mountains. Due to the winter cold and heavy snow, many very big snakes lay motionless, as if they were dead.

The snake catcher picked up one of these seemingly lifeless snakes and took it to Baghdad, with the purpose of using it for a show. Showing it off, he made big claims as to how he had brilliantly captured his snake.

However, when the sun began to shine and its warmth cloaked the snake, the coldness in its body dissapeared. The signs of life were soon apparent and when the snake began to move, the snake catcher and all those around fled.

Our Nafs is like that snake. With purification and effort our nafs becomes frozen. It appears to be dead. But give it a little heat from the fire of Sin and it will bite again. A little exposure to some past sins and the nafs swings back to life. We should not think that we have killed our nafs and thus become unmindful.

MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS

I was walking past the mental hospital the other day, and all the patients were shouting, "13...13...13."

The little fence was too high to see over, but I saw a little gap int he planks, so I looked through to see what was going on...

Some idiot poked me in the eye with a stick!

Then they all started shouting "14...14...14."

Abu Hurairah (R.A) reported that the Messenger of ALLAH (Peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Part of someone being a good Muslim is leaving alone that which does not concern him." [TIRMIDHI]
