 چکے ہیں کہ ہم اپنی گھرولو زندگی کو کچھ نہیں سمجتے ہیں . باپ بس بیوی بچوں کی مالی ضروریات کو پورا کرنا ہی اپنا فرض سمجتا ہے اور یہی وجہ ہے کے ھمہارے معاشرے میں صرف پیسے کو ہی ضروری سمجھا جاتا ہے .  ہمہارے درمیان رشتے صرف نام کی ہی با قی رے گئے ہیں ہر کو ئی چاہتا ہے کے ہم صرف ان لوگوں سے رشتہ جوڈ کر رکھیں جو ہمہارے سٹیٹس کے مطابق ہو یا جن کا بتا کر ہم دوسروں سے داد وصول کر سکیں . اسس امر کی وجہ سے آج بچے اپنے والدین کی عزت کرنا بھول گئے ہیں لکن اسس کا ذمےدار بچوں کو ٹھرانا بھی غلط ہوگا اس کی وجہ یہ ہے کہ ہم اپنے بچوں کو بتاتے ہی نہیں ہیں کہ اسلام میں والدین کا کیا مکام ہے .پہلے دور میں بھی والدین بچوں کی ضرورتوں کا خیال رکھا کر تے تھے لکن ساتھ ساتھ بچوں کو اپنا وقت بھی دیا کرتے تھے .  وقت کے ساتھ ساتھ انسان بھی بدل گئے ہیں جب پاکستان بنا تب ہر کوئی ایک دوسرے کی مدد کرنے کو اپنی خوش قسمتی  سمجتے تھے لکن آج کسی کی مدد کرنا تو دور کی بات ہے آج کوئی کسی کا غم سننا نہیں پسند کرتا ہے .لوگ ایک دوسرے کے جان کے دشمن ہو گئے ہیں کوئی کسی کو خوش نہیں دیکھ پاتا ہے بس اپنی اپنی سب کو فقر لگی ہوئی ہے . آج کامیاب انسان اسکو سمجھا جاتا ہے جس کے پاس دولت ہے ایک خوبصورت مکان ہے ایک چمکتی کار ہے مگر مسلمان کے لئے تو الله نے کامیابی کسی اور چیز کو کہا ہے وہ چیزیں ہمہارے معاشرے میں کیوں جلدی نظر نہیں اتی ہے کیوں الله کا نیک بندا ڈھونڈے کے لئے لمبا سفر تہہ کر نا پڑتا ہے .افسوس تو اس چیز کا ہوتا ہے کے ہمیں سیدھا راستہ معلوم نہ ہو .

What is Partnership

Partnership

1. A partnership is governed by the Partnership Act, 1932

2.Registration: The registration of a partnership concern is not compulsory. There are certain privileges given to the registered firms which are denied to unregistered ones. These privileges indirectly encourage registration.

3.Number of Members: A partnership can be started by at least two persons. The maximum number is ten in case of banking and insurance business and it is twenty for any other business.

4.    Legal Status: A partnership has no separate legal entity apart from its members. Members cannot enter into an agreement with the firm.

5.       Liability: The liability of partners is unlimited. The partners are jointly and separately responsible for the liabilities of the business.

6.       Transfer of Shares: A partner can transfer his share only with the consent of all other partners.

7.       Management and Control: A partnership concern is managed and controlled by the partners. The partners have a right to participate in the administration of business.

8.      Statutory Obligations: A partnership is not under statutory obligation fro the compliance of any rules and regulations. There is no compulsion to maintain certain books, get the accounts audited and to publish them.

9.       Continuity: A partnership concern is dissolved on the death or insolvency of a partner.

10.   Authority of Members: A partner can bin the firm by his acts. There is an implied authority. A partner is an agent of the firm.

11.    Winding Up: A partnership concern can be dissolved easily. No legal formalities are required for winding up a partnership firm.

Private Limited Company

1.       Private Limited Company is governed by the Companies Act, 1956

2.       Registration: The registration of a company is compulsory. There are two stages in registering private limited company, the first is ‘Incorporation’ and the second is ‘Commencement of Business’. A private limited company can start business after obtaining certificate of incorporation.

3.       Number of Members: There must be at least two persons for starting a private company and maximum number of members can be fifty.

4.       Legal Status: A Private Company has a separate legal entity. It has a common seal and can enter into contracts by affixing its seal. Members of the company can also enter into contract with the company.

5.       Liability: The liability of shareholders is limited to the value of shares held by them. The members are not personality liable for the obligations of the business.

6.       Transfer of Shares: A shareholder can sell his shares whenever he feels so. There is no binding no the transfer of shares of a company.

7.       Management and Control: A private company is managed by elected representatives of the shareholders.

8.      Statutory Obligations: A private company is required to maintain prescribed books and have a periodical audit. Some information has to be supplied periodically to the Registrar of Companies.

9.       Continuity: The continuity of a company is not affected by the death or insolvency of a member. The members may go on changing but the company will not be affected.

10.   Authority of Members: A shareholder has not implied authority to bind the company. A shareholder cannot act on behalf of company.

11.    Winding Up: A private company is wound up only through court. If the court is satisfied that there is a reasonable ground for winding up the company only then it is to be wound up. A proper procedure is also to be followed.

IQBAL DAY 2015| CANCELLATION OF HOLIDAY

      

The Government of Pakistan canceled the holiday on Iqbal day , 2015 for multiple reasons The State Bank of Pakistan is open on Iqbal day (09.11.2015) and Courts of Pakistan will also remain open. The GOP did injustice with the efforts of ALLAMA IQBAL. Before this, with the help of holiday the children recognizes the efforts of ALLAMA IQBAL because the children thinks that the ALLAMA IQBAL is hero of Pakistan thats why on birth day of ALLAMA IQBAL the whole Pakistan remain closed. There are also so many holidays in Pakistan but the GOP did nothing with these holidays. On the other hand, some peoples thinks that it is good step because people of Pakistan wants to work more and more. These type of holidays makes the people lazy and irresponsible.

HELICOPTER | HELICOPTER DESTROY IN LIBIA

In Libia the army helicopter destroy in which fourteen peoples killed including three cornels of Fajr Malaysia.  The helicopter is destroyed with Anti Craft Gun by unknown group. The army start search operation but still no one accepted the responsibility of this attack.

According to the UK news agency the representative of Army of Libia Mr. Sharka said that in the capital city of Tarablus  (Almaia) the unknown group  attack the helicopter with Anti Craft Gun and helicopter crash into the sea. The nineteen peoples were sitting in the helicopter in which fourteen peoples killed including three cornels of Fajr Malaysia. The army took out the dead bodies of all fourteen peoples from the helicopter said by Mr. Sharka.

ZAIN MURDER CASE | Decision by Anti Terrorism Court and Its Affects

In Zain Murder the Anti Terrorism Court acquits the prime suspects due to non availability of evidence. The Mustafa Kanju son son of federal minister Siddique Kanju along with his five bodyguards acquitted by Anti Terrorism Court on 27.10.2015. The ATC acquits all the accused due to non identification of accuseds by the witnesses and complainant. The  court is bound to decide the case on merits and on the basis of evidence but in this case no evidence come against the accuseds. This case shows the justice system of Pakistan that if you have money you can do anything and kill innocent people. When the Zain was killed all were know that he was killed by Mustafa Kanju after accident of the car and he was drunk at that time. This is not the first time when innocent people do not get justice from the courts. The influential peoples are live like the owners of this country and there is no rule of law in this country . Law is only for the poor peoples and enforcement agencies are just establish to save peoples like Mustafa Kanju.

SHATTER DOWN STRIKE IN LAHORE BY BUSINESS COMMUNITY

The business community make shatter down strike today on 08.09.2015. Most of the business were closed today but some shops and businesses remain open as routine. The business community are calling strikes against With holding Tax imposed by the Government. Instead of Strikes by the business community the government does not seem serious to resolve this matter. The strikes are badly effects the economy of Pakistan but Pakistani Government is not taking any serious step against these strikes. The PML (N) is famous for business community but PML (N) is not giving any heed to the business community in the matter of With Holding Tax.

MARRIAGE IN ISLAM & PAKISTAN

In Pakistan the marriage is very difficult for poor people because of unnecessary expenses on marriage. The lots of boys and girls but specially girls are not remain unmarried in Pakistan because of unnecessary expenses The Islam teach us to marry in ordinary manner and do not incur unnecessary expenses. The only mandatory thing is Islam for marriage is Haq Mehr (Dower) which is the right of girl and if we study the history of Islam the Holy Prophet (P.B.U.H) approved Ayat of Holy Quran as dower. The Holy Prophet (P.B.U.H)  keep marriage easy because the Holy Prophet (P.B.U.H) knew when marriage became difficult there will be increase of unlawful sexual relationship (Zina) in the society. The same thing is increasing day by day in Pakistan and the parents are responsible for this sin because they delay the marriage of girls and boys for one reason and another which are against Islam. In Pakistan, the parents and other family members feel ashamed to ask girl for her choice and when girl like to marriage to any boy they always reject for the reason of respect. The Holy Prophet (P.B.U.H) after revelation from ALLAH regarding marriage Hazrat Fatima (AS) with Hazrat Ali (A.S) asked Hazrat Fatima (AS) regarding her choice. After revelation from ALLAH it as not important to asked Hazrat Fatima (AS) but Holy Prophet (P.B.U.H) to show the importance of consent of girl while marriage asked Hazrat Fatima (AS). Due to the parents the court marriage in Pakistan is increasing day by day and after court marriage the honour killing is also increasing with same proportionate. In Pakistan the society is so materialistic and they don't care about the emotions of others and this all happens because of lack of Islamic teaching in our lifes.

Ramadan ke rozay toh bohat se loog rakhte hain magar sawal yeh hai kiya woh sahi tareke se roza b rakhte hain ya nahi?Hum sab ko yeh toh pata hai ke rozay mein Subah Fajr se leker Magrib tak kha pi nahi sakte hain lakin hum aksar rozay ki asal haqeeqat aur asal maqsad ko nahi samjhte aur na hi koi janna chata hai. Hum Musalmanoon ko magraby cheezon ke baray mein janne ka toh bohat shouk hai lakin woh shouk Deen-e-Islam ke liye nahi nazar aata. ALLAH Talah ne rozay har musalman per farz keye hain ta ke insan ramadan ke aik mahinay mein appnay app ko aesa ALLAH KI BATAYE HOWEIN BATAIN MANNE WALA bana ley ke agle 11 mahiney bhi waisa hi rahay lakin ajjkal kiya hota hai ke pehle 5 rozay aur akhri 5 rozay toh khoob josh se ibadat ki jati hai magar baki dinoon mein sirf bhookay rehne ko roza samaj leya jata hai.Ager hum ramadan mein dekhein toh Dukandar pehle se zayada keemtain wasool kerte nazar aate hain aur appne dukhandari ke liye zayada jhoot bolte hain aue aksar rozay ka sahara lete hain jaise" baji main jhoot nahi bol raha main rozay mein hoon" magar bhala inko kaun samjhaye ke ALLAH ne rozay jhoot bolne ke liye nahi farz kiye howe hain. Dar haqeeqat ramadan ke rozoon ka asal maqsad hain:

1- Bhook rehna matlab Fajr se leker Magrib tak kuch na kahna aur peena

2- Rozay ki halat mein sexual intercourse na kerna

3- Har woh kaam kerna jiski wajah se woh ALLAH ke qareeb hoo matlab har woh kaam kerna jisko kerne ka ALLAH ne hukam deya hai aur har woh kaam na kerna jisko na kerne ka ALLAH ne hukam deya hai

4- Apne nafs per control kerna

5-Sadka aur kherat dena Fitrana aur Zakat ki shakal mein

Yeh Sab kuch ramadan ke important maqsad hain jinko humhe zaroor follow kerna chahiye takay humhare rozay ALLAH TALAH kabool karein aur humhare liye Jannat mein janay ki wajah ban sakhein

AMAL KA DAROMADAR NIYOTOON PER HAI

Below I am going to shares with you a Hadith of Hazrat Muhammad(PBUH). Sahih Bukhari, Sahih Muslim and Sunan Abu Dawud wrote this Hadith Mubarka with the reference by Hazrat Umar.

In this Hadith The Prophet of Islam(PBUH) describe the importance of our aim while doing any work. The Hadith Mubarka describe that if you leave your home for your religion, to make happy to ALLAH with you, than you got benefits of the life hereafter but if some one leave home for the material benefits of this world or for some women to whom you want to marry then you don't got benefits for the life hereafter.

THE THOUSANDS OF MUSLIMS IN BURMA ARE KILLED BY BUDDHIST WITHOUT ANY OFFENCE.  THE ALLAH ALMIGHTY IS ANGER WITH THE MUSLIMS AND KILLING IN BURMA IS CLEAR INDICATION BUT MAJORITIES OF THE MUSLIMS ARE NOT TAKING THIS ISSUE SERIOUSLY AND THEY ARE BUSY IN THEIR DAILY LIFE. THE RELIGION ISLAM PUT GREAT EMPHASIS ON BROTHERHOOD AND HELP OTHER MUSLIMS OR EVEN NON-MUSLIMS BUT IN PRESENT TIME NO ONE HAVE TIME TO LISTEN THE PROBLEMS OF OTHERS. THE ONE PROBLEM OF THIS IS LACK OF ISLAMIC EDUCATION. THE ONLY MUSLIM COUNTRY IN THIS WORLD WHO COMES FORWARD TO HELP THE MUSLIMS OF BURMA IS TURKEY. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS THAT PAKISTAN BEING AN ATOMIC COUNTRY DID NOT EVEN THINK TO HELP MUSLIMS OF BURMA. THE MUSLIMS IN WHOLE WORLD ARE NOT MAKING PROGRESS LIKE OTHERS ONLY BECAUSE THE MUSLIMS ALWAYS TRY TO WORK AGAINST THE MUSLIMS.

SUMMARY OF THE DIYAT, ARSH AND DAMAN FUND RULES, 2007

SUMMARY OF THE RULES

The Diyat, Arsh and Daman Fund Rules, 2007 were framed by the Federal Government having sources such as annual grants from the Federal Government and Provincial Government, aid, assistance and contribution from local, national and international agencies, and donations made by private organizations and individuals. Such fund is operated by authorized administrative committee consisting of a Chairman, a Members and a Secretary for the management, control and disbursement of the fund to a convict by giving soft loan who has been sentenced with imprisonment including payment of Diyat, Daman or Arsh and islanguishing in Jail for non-payment subject to furnishing surety bond for return of soft loan within the period specified. The administrative Committee may constitute sub committees for facilitating and engaging the convict in different jobs with the non-governmental organizations and individuals or work places within jail or attached to jail, if any, for return of the soft loan or payment or amount of Diyat, Arsh and Daman. Where a convict has served out the substantive sentence of imprisonment and makes part payment of Diyat, Arsh or Daman, he may be released on parole on such terms and conditions as may be determined by the Court.
